What is the status of sites providing management and supervisory
training, accessible over the Web (either directly, or downloadable)? I
am interested in compiling a list of both academic and private
sector/consultant resources. I will compile and summarize for the list.
Comments/critiques of sites and their products would be appreciated as
    well as URLs.
    Thanks

    Michael,

I have a Web based system that provides training in structured selection
interviewing in addition to all other information managers need to perform
the staffing function. A version of this system has been in operation
successfully on the global Intranet of an international Fortune 50 company
for the last year. If interested, you can review the prototype at:

One site I know of which will soon be offering management & business skills
    training is McGraw-Hill's <http://www.mhonlinelearning.com/>. It's current
offerings are aimed at IT skills. Management courses should be on-line
sometime in the next few months.

Another one to watch for: Arthur Andersen is working on its new "Virtual
Learning Network" to be launched this summer. More info is at
    <http://www.arthurandersen.com/aavln/>.

Also, check out Brandon Hall's website. This site is devoted multimedia and
internet training info and includes links to web-based training sites.
