ASSISTANT PROFESSOR
LABOR AND HUMAN RESOURCE POLICY

The Division of Labor and Human Resource Policy in the Department of
Marketing and Policy Studies at Case Western Reserve University invites
applications for an entry-level, tenure-track position to begin in
August 1998. We are particularly interested in applicants with a strong
research background and an emphasis on the international dimensions of
the employment relationship, though candidates with research in other
areas of industrial relations/human resource management will be
considered. Applicants should be prepared to teach various subjects of
the employment relationship, including both U.S. and international
industrial relations/human resources management at both the
undergraduate and graduate levels. Women and members of minority groups
are encouraged to apply.
Preference will be given to applicants who have completed a Ph.D. in
industrial relations or human resource management by August 1998. For
full consideration, applications must be received by April 15, 1998.
