Position description:
Reporting to the Director of Personnel, provide training in the
software standards that are utilized campus-wide, (Microsoft
Office Suite, Netscape, and Groupwise) to staff and faculty. As
additional standards are implemented other software training will
be needed with demonstration design required. Oversee the entire
process of producing the employee newsletter written by
students. Involved in the coordination of providing soft skills
and technical training to employees of the Colleges of Worcester
Consortium member schools.
Qualifications:
A Bachelor's degree with 3 or more years of software training
experience, preferably in Microsoft Office Suite; experience in
training needs analysis, and documentation design. Strong
analytical, writing, organizational, public speaking and
interpersonal skills required. Must be self-motivated and creative.
