I commend you on this approach. I don't have info on the specific tools you
mention but have found great success with 20/20 Insight - a 360 feedback
system. The reason I mention it is because the next generation of this
program will have built in a personal development planner on software designed
to do what you suggest. In order to not take up more space I offer to send a
