    I am having no luck in tracing an up to date guide/directory, details as below:

    'International Service Quality & Total Quality Management Resource Guide and Directory'
    Lakewood Research
    Maclean Hunter Co. a division of Lakewood Publications
    Stidwell. C Sovell. C.K. (Eds.)

    I need access in order to extract a little data from this tome.

    Can you help direct me to an Email address or other contact with the publisher so I may discover if there is an up to date copy lurking around in England. The British Library can't help...can you??

    access them is throught their Training site: http://www.trainingsupersite.com.
    You'll find a lot of resources there...and plenty of their editorial people to
    contact if what you're looking for is not archived.
