Two points and then I won't take up any more of your valuable time:
First of all I find it infuriating to have to go through the dozen or so messages I'm receiving daily complaining about the number of messages there are on this List that people don't want to read. To those of you who continue to send these message I can only say one thing: take a good look at yourselves. You are doing exactly what you are abusing others for doing - wasting valuable air space with messages that aren't relevant to anybody but yourselves. Those who live in glass houses shouldn't etc. etc.
Secondly, most computer programs released this decade have a number of useful tools. Firstly there is a preview text which comes up in such programs as Outlook, or in Navigator/Eudora there is at least a single line sender address and heading. This allows anyone to use a wonderful key called 'delete' if they see something they don't want to read. If your program doesn't have one I'd suggest you invest in a more up to date package. Secondly, most programs also have a filter option which allows you to filter out messages that have certain words or symbols in the heading. If those of this list are annoying you, and your program doesn't allow you to do filter out unwanted messages, then again I'd suggest you invest in a more modern program.
Please can we get over this silly little bantering and leave this List alone so that those who have an interest in being part of it can enjoy it in peace, free from those people who may find it hard to be satisfied with whatever is placed here.
