You may use the following commands to adjust your account.
You must send these commands in the message field to the address:
    LISTSERV@MAELSTROM.STJOHNS.EDU

To leave the group send the command:
    UNSUBSCRIBE MG-ED-DV

If your address has changed you might have to specify
your old address or contact the listmaster to delete you.
The listmaster can be reached at WANKELC@STJOHNS.EDU

To temporarilty stop incoming mail from the list you should issue the
    command.
    SET MG-ED-DV NOMAIL

To restart receiving mg-ed-dv messages send the command:
    SET MG-ED-DV MAIL

Use the NOMAIL command if you are going to be away for a few days and do
not want to come back to 50 pieces of LIST-WISE mail. This is a great
command because you can still send information/postings to the list
although you will not receive any posts. Use NOMAIL your mail as often as you
    like.

A daily DIGEST is available by issuing the following command:
    SET MG-ED-DV DIGEST

You will receive all the individual postings in one e-mail message.
You can then simply scan the table of contents and decide if there is
anything there of interest to you. If there is, you can review it out.
If not . . . delete the digest.

To get a listing of available commands and topics, send the command
    HELP ME

A 38 page LISTSERV User's Guide is available and can be viewed online or
retrieved from their FTP server in a variety of word processing formats.
    http://www.lsoft.com/manuals/userindex.html
You may need to scroll down the page to find it.

Of course, If you ever have questions or comments you are always
    welcome to contact me: WANKELC@STJOHNS.EDU
