  • 1.  What would / self org.

    Nature seems to be able to create self organization without
    an external manager. We might need to search for the forces
    which are behind this phenomena - and learn from it.

    The implication is that self-organization can work if the incentive
    structure gets it right. Unfortunately, still someone must create the
    right context or circumstances for self-organization to work. Therefore,
    some "management" is inevitable.
