I agree with Larry that long articles are best not posted to a discussion
group. It's better to try one of the following:
--post a brief description of what's important/useful about the piece
Then,
--post the URL of the item, or
--post a person (perhaps yourself or the author) to contact to get the item
Or,
--provide a very brief abstract of the management education or development
idea that you found very compelling in the piece and solicit discussion
about it from group members.
Posting brief items is never a problem as long as they directly pertain
to Management Education and Development.
