There is a new Interactive Simulation on CD-ROM that might interest you. It
is called, "Balancing the Corporate Scorecard," and was developed by High
Performance Systems with Robert Kaplan and David Norton (authors of The
Balanced Scorecard) for Harvard Business School Publishing. This
interactive simulation, which is already being used for corporate training
and at Harvard Business School, Darden, and other business schools, goes
beyond the books and articles and creates a risk-free environment from
which business students and managers can "experience" and build a hands-on
understanding of the Balanced Scorecard approach to managing corporate
performance. The simulation also includes on-line coaching that is
triggered just when the users need it to guide them in the right direction.
For more information about this Interactive Simulation, visit

or

. You also can
call Harvard Business School Publishing at 1-800-545-7685 or (617) 495-6985.
