My firm does research and consulting work around innovative human and
organizational development programs for large companies. Our president
was a co-developer of the
program at Motorola that evolved into Motorola University. We are
advocates of
the human resource platform variously referred to as the corporate
university or
corporate learning center.
My question to the list members is - is anyone currently or recently
working with a corporate university, as a faculty member, staff member or
advisor? I would like to
make your acquaintance and ask a few questions about your experiences and
perceptions
about the effectiveness of this increasingly popular vehicle for corporate
education.
