Meg Hartzler, one of the partners here at Destra Consulting co-authored a book
"Tools for Virtual Teams" that was published by ASQ Press this year. It is
based on research she and Jane Henry conducted, and is a practical toolkit on
how to manage virtual teams. It includes how to address issues such as team
start up, establishing a clear focus, communication, values, etc. It's a great
how-to guide.
