Thanks to those who responded to my question on cyberprof rights.
It appears a better question would have been "Are you aware of any
prof who has been denied permission to publish a course on the Web and the
    basis for the denial?"
In the same vein look at http://cyber.harvard.edu-- An internet based
course from Harvard Law School on cyberlaw from their top profs (Gee,ma,I'm
    going to Harvard!)

You may recall I requested your assistance on the topic of rights of
    "cyberprofs"
to their courses and to teach on the web-agreements, current discussions, etc.
Many thanks to those of you who replied. Univ of California just released
guidelines which I will summarize next week. This is a second request-the
AACSB meeting forum on this issue was quite heated-large cross section of biz
school attendees reflected few policies exist.

Also I'll be at AOM and would be most happy to meet with any of you who are
    interested in this topic.

I am currently working on a project compiling "war stories" of first-year
employees. I welcome any anecdotes you might have about your first year on
the job (mistakes you wish you hadn't made) or problems you have had (as a
    manager) with new hires.

You may respond to my privately.

    Thanks
