Academy of Management Annual Meeting

In preparation for the pre-conference workshop "Assessments are tricky:
Comparing Strategies for Outcomes Assessments," and to stimulate audience
participation we invite you to submit in advance a short assessment

purpose and use of assessment results. To give us some context for your
question, please briefly describe your school (size, type of program) and
the rationale for using assessments at your school.
