    Hi,
In order to be able to properly frame a question is it possible to get a
brief background on those making up the panel? As the person responsible
for introducing workbased and competency-based assessment into Australia
and New Zealand any question I might be able to assist with may very well
    prove unanswerable by the panel.

Sorry to throw a spanner into the works.
