Josie Gordon is a part time post graduate candidate undertaking her final 10,000 word assignment.
The subject she has chosen relates to an organisational response to the continued employment of a person with Multiple Sclerosis (MS)
She has looked at the issue through a British perspective and now wishes to learn from other nations.
Could you help ? Here are her questions, but please feel free to comment in areas you deem it is appropriate for her to consider.
1. What are the Employment Law issues surrounding employment of persons with MS. Those who contract the condition prior to employment and those during employment.
2. Are there any useful statistics around that may give a quantitative perspective.
3. What government support is available to companies and individuals to aid employment and continued employment.
