    GREETINGS!

Currently, I am designing a conference entitled "STRATEGIC PLANNING FOR IT
RECRUITING." I would greatly appreciate any feedback regarding critical issues,
topics, concerns, etc., surrounding IT recruiting and the development of its
strategic plan. Which companies are doing innovative things or should be
benchmarked against for "best practices." If you were to attend such a
conference, what would be the topics you would most want to hear? Again, any
    feedback would be appreciated!

DO YOU HAVE A STORY TO TELL??

I am also looking for potential speakers on this subject. The conference will
be held at the Fairmont Hotel in San Francisco, CA, September 28-29, 1998.
Speakers and one guest are allowed to attend the entire conference plus any
workshops free of charge. The presentations are generally 40-45 minutes in
length followed by a brief Q & A session. The average conference is attended by
upper level executives, approximately 60-65 in attendance. If any vendor or
consultants have an interest in becoming a speaker, you must do a
    co-presentation with a client.

I am working under a very strict and aggressive timeline, so any interested
potential speakers should let me know within the next couple of days.

Thanks to everyone for your help, time and consideration!
