    Please excuse the cross posting:

    Greetings,
I'd appreciate your recommendations for a text for
an undergraduate course of management of technology. The
    learning objectives include the following:

    1. To develop an awareness of the range, scope, and
complexity of the phenomena, issues, and problems related
to technological innovation and internal entrepreneurship.
    2. To develop an understanding of the "state of the
art" of managing technological innovation and internal
entrepreneurship. 3. To develop a conceptual framework
for assessing and auditing the innovative capabilities of a
business organization. 4. To develop insight
concerning the skills necessary to be effective as a
general manager in the innovation process. 5. To develop
insights into the conditions under which particular
structural arrangements and systems are likely to
facilitate the emergence and management of technological
innovation and internal entrepreneurship. 6. To offer
some practice in defining and working out strategic
management problems related to technological innovation and
internal entrepreneurship. 7. To develop an understanding
of the role of technology in global industries. 8. To
develop an insight concerning ethical issues associated
with the management of technology and innovation.

    I've reviewed:
-Burgleman, Maidique and Wheelwright. 1996. Strategic
Management of Technology and Innovation. Second Edition.
Irwin: Chicago -Christensen. 1999. Innovation and the
General Manager. Irwin?McGraw Hill:Boston -Tushman and
Anderson. 1997. Managing Strategic Innovatin and Change.
    Oxford University Press: New York.

I'm leaning towards Burgleman, Wheelwright and Maidique's
Strategic Management of Technology and Innovation.
Regretfully, The text is geared for MBA's. My primary
selection criterion is the availability of teaching
materials - cases, overheads and test banks. Thank you.
