    UNIVERSITY OF MARYLAND ROBERT H. SMITH SCHOOL OF BUSINESS

    One Position in Organizational Behavior.

    The Management and Organization Faculty invites applicantions for a visiting
    faculty position in Organizational Behavior, beginning Fall 2000. The Robert H.
    Smith School of Business has programs ranked in the top 25 at both the
    undergraduate and MBA levels and a strong, active doctoral program. The
    teaching load for the 2000/2001 academic year will be four courses.

    Candidates should possess an earned doctorate in Organizational Behavior, or a
    closely related field . We encourage applicants who have a strong research
    agenda, as well as evidence of strong teaching skills.

    Applicants should send: (a) a vita, (b) a 1 page outline of anticipated research
    stream, (c) examples of research and publications, (d) names and contact
    information of three individuals who will provide recommendations if asked, and,
    (e) especially, specific evidence of teaching effectiveness. Applications and
    related materials received by March 27, 2000 will receive the fullest
    consideration.
