Hello! We're very excited to announce Collaborate 98 --
** Collaborate 98 -- A Virtual Conference on Virtual Teams **
The Organization Development Network and Metasystems Design Group are
partnering to produce Collaborate 98 -- A Virtual Conference on Virtual
Teams, which will take place entirely on line this September. In a few
weeks, we'll announce more details about the conference . . .
. . . right now, though, we're putting together a planning team and
are issueing a call for collaborators in the design and production of
this virtual event for organizational development professionals. You are
invited to join our planning team if this sounds of interest to you.
The 3 week event in September will engage OD practitioners from all over
the world in facilitated discussions with Keynote Speakers; opportunity
to participate in interactive workshops; access to a virtual exhibit
hall and full resource center; participants will have the opportunity to
generate and lead their own discussion areas of interest; and other
opportunities to network, share common practices, and learn from each
other.
And, over the next 8 weeks, we will need a variety of people with a
variety of skills to help us plan, organize, publicize, and facilitate
this online event. In order to participate in the planning and/or the
conference, you will need to have access to the web, as we will be
planning and hosting this conference on The Meta Network (www.tmn.com).
