    While doing some ego surfing, I found the HR Global Network Site (http://www.mcb.co.uk/hr/current/selection/home.htm). They go through over 140 journals each quarter and select 4 of the best HR articles. I found that not only have they slected one of my articles, "A study of the impact of training in a management development program based on 360 feedback," but that you can get full-text of the article at http://www.mcb.co.uk/pdfs/forums/05013ag2.pdf. This is also true for the other three articles selected.

    If you happen to like that article, you may want to check out my home page listed below that contains abstracts of other articles on 360 feedback, exercises and other things that might be of interest to you.

    Jon,

    I do not know why you got four notices. I only posted it on two lists (OBTC & MED). Sorry about the cross posting, but I do not know what the overlap between the two is.

    The way that you might have gotten multiple postings is that some people have their computers generate automatic responses to any e-mail while they are on vacation. That's my guess because, I got one back that way.
