All those html codes and icons consume hard disk space and increase
connection time.
They do not really add lots of information substance. Since email seems
still very basic in comparison to text layout on paper, decorative stuff
doesn't really perform.
I am using the Compuserve email package which automates the process
of receiving and sending. I consider it clumsy on filing,
address management, and its reliability likens a cliff walk.
I would definitely like to use a much better program and wonder
what might work on my 80386 PC? (I use Netscape 3)
