The Best of Business Information on the Internet

a one day event at the British Library's Conference Centre

to be held on 26 March 2001

Come and hear the experts at this one day event on business information on
    the Internet.
Sheila Webber, Karen Blakeman, Phil Bradley, Diana Grimwood-Jones and Paul
    Pedley.

Beginning with an overview of relevant search engines and portals, the day
will cover the key business information areas such as Government web sites,
market research and company sources, sources for Small and Medium-Sized
Enterprises and how to exploit the Invisible Web (material search engines
don't index). There will be plenty of opportunity for discussion and
    feedback.

The day is aimed at those with a little experience of using the internet. It
will be most useful for business information professionals or those new to
business information. It will also benefit anyone wanting to target their
research and needing to be confident that they have tapped the best internet
    sources.
