    Business school faculty and doctoral students are invited to attend the
    following INTERNATIONALIZATION WORKSHOP at Bowling Green State University.
    The workshop is intended for business scholars from all disciplines
    interested in exploring research opportunities with an international focus.
    We will also discuss: (1) curriculum internationalization issues, and (2)
    how to get (undergraduate) students interested in international business
    research, study abroad, etc. This a no-cost event for pre-registered
    participants.

    9:00 - 9:30 a.m.
    Welcome and introduction (Vinod Jain)

    9:30 - 10:45 a.m.
    Curriculum development and research with an international focus
    Presentations by Drs. Sung Bae, Vinod Jain, Kyoo Kim, Sue Mota, Madhu Rao,
    Linda Ueltschy

    11:00 - 12:15 p.m.
    International research opportunities for business scholars related to their
    own disciplines

    Keynote Speaker:
    Dr. Masaaki Kotabe, Washburn Chair of International Business and Marketing,
    Temple University

    12:15 - 1:15 p.m. Lunch

    1:15 - 2:00 p.m.
    Research opportunities with a focus on International Business
    (A Q&A session led by a panel of senior IB researchers)

    2:00 - 3:00 p.m.
    Involving students in IB through research projects, study abroad, and
    international internships (Panel presentations by BGSU faculty and Q&A)

    3:00 - 3:15 p.m.
    Summary and wrap-up

    Detroit, MI)

    The hotel is holding a block of rooms for workshop participants at a
    reduced rate of $52.76 per night per room (single/double). To make a
    reservation, please call the hotel directly as soon as possible. The room
    block will expire on 4/26.
