    Colleagues--

I am putting together a leadership course for a six-week summer
residential program for college-aged women who are interested in
entrepreneureal leadership. The program will draw women who want
to be entrepreneurs but, of course, we want to deal with large
organizational issues as well. I would also like to review the current
state of knowledge about the neurological and psychological differences
between men and women. There are two academic courses--mine and one on
entrepreneureal business planning--as well as a variety of experiential
and whole-life activities in the program.

I would appreciate any recommendations for a text and/or supplementary
articles, as well as referrals to faculty who are teaching similar types
    of courses.

The texts that have been recommended to me, and that I will be
examining, are P. Northouse, "Leadership: Practice an Theory", A. Bryman,
Charisma and Leadership in Orgs", and W. Rosenbach and R. Taylor,
"Contemporary Issues in Leadership." Any comments on these would be
appreciated, as well as suggestions for others.

Please reply directly to me and I will summarize responses for the list.
    Thanks, in advance.

    Ruth

No recommendations ... except that you spell "entrepreneurial" correctly.
