Hello everyone,
As a new member of the faculty here at Cal State-San Marcos, I am on a task
force designed to conduct a culture audit of our relatively new (7 years
old) College of Business Administration. My colleagues on the task force
and I were wondering if any of you who have been involved in conducting
such an audit at your own institutions or at other organizations could
impart some wisdom to us. Any suggestions that you would be willing to
share about both the content and the process of culture audits in which you
have participated would be helpful.
