    Dear Colleagues,

Does the topic of change come up in your teaching? We would like to invite
you to a professional development workshop at the upcoming Academy of
Management Conference on "Teaching Organization Development and Change:
Exploring Graduate and Undergraduate Approaches" (sponsored by the ODC
Division). Although the workshop will focus primarily on teaching an
Organization Development or a Change related course, you will find many
useful insights and approaches that can be utilized in a variety of courses.

    Time: Saturday, 1:00PM- 5:00PM
Place: Omni Shoreham Hotel, Governor's E. Conf. Ctr
Organizer: Goodman, Eric Colorado Technical U.
    <mailto:egoodman@coloradotech.edu>
Presenter: Kilbourne, Lynda M. Xavier U.
Presenter: Akin, Gib U. of Virginia
Presenter: Murrell, Kenneth U. of West Florida
    Presenter: Woodman, Richard W. Texas A&M U.

This workshop focuses specifically on teaching OD and change at various
    levels
(i.e., undergraduate, masters, and Ph.D.). It is oriented to ODC teaching
    because
previously there have been limited forums for the discussion of teaching.
    The
workshop will provide an opportunity to hear about various approaches
and share exercises, cases, assignments, books, syllabi and course
    ideas.

Pre-registration is not required but encouraged. Please let Eric Goodman
    know
if you plan to participate. Ideally, if participants have been teaching in
    ODC
they should email a copy of their syllabus
    (<mailto:egoodman@coloradotech.edu>)
    by Wednesday, August 1st.

If you have any questions please feel free to contact me... Looking
    forward to seeing you there!

    Thanks,
    Eric
