"Training & Development" magazine is looking for people who will share
their new ideas on how to measure or value workplace training. Have
you moved past Kirkpatrick's Four Levels? Do you use some other method
    of measuring training results?

We're especially interested in hearing ideas from CEOs, accountants,
stock analysts, venture capitalists, training budget managers, and
    social scientists.
