Several years ago, I introduced a program in my organization that addresses your
inquiry.
It was an internal coaching program using volunteer mid-level and above managers
as coaches. The target group was first and second level supervisors, most with
two or less years experience in their respective positions. It was contained
within house and received quite enthusiastic reviews from both groups of
participants. It was initiated at the conclusion of a 360 degree feedback
program. Am willing to talk about it further during a scheduled teleconference
and would like to receive responses from others who respond to your query.
