    Dear folks,
I am an entrepreneur who is in the middle of a mystery. I have owned and
operated a business with a successful concept that corporations love. The
concept has been my life project for 13 years. I am now at my creative and
energetic limit, thus I am holding the company back from progression. We need
new blood, new intelligence, passion, energy, creativity, sales, and capital.

I need to move on in other directions and let someone whose dream is to build
on awesome technology education, momentum reputation, process, and people,
    take the reigns.

My background is Organizational Development and Psychology. My business is
customized computer software education. We do a software skills assessment and
create learning around a company's needs and individual skill. Our sessions
are 3 hours in length and we teach 6 people who are all from one company, and
are at the same skill level. They go back to work, practice, meet obstacles,
and return for 3 hours to build on what they have learned.

I want to go back directly to OD and corporate coaching. That doesn't mean I
would need to leave the business, or I would leave, if necessary. I would be
happy to convene, consult, coach, or whatever it takes to help this concept
    reach those who need it.

    What we need is
    *Deeper Visibility
*Dissemination of the powerful message (marketing, PR, etc.)
*Relationship/consultative selling ability with high level executives (CIO,
CEO), re:ROI, people, and technology issues
    *Business accumen
    *Technology market savvy
*Passion for education, OD, and technology services mixed together
    *Energy
    *Creativity
    *Communication skills
    *Maturity

Is anyone out there who wants to take a shot at this? I am in Chicago (Loop).

    Open, Barbara Golden
