    4 issues a year, ISSN 0964-8410, Volume 6, 1998

    Corporate Governance provides a forum for international practitioners and
    scholars in field. There has been an explosion of writing and research in
    the field of corporate governance over the last decade. The editors see the
    journal as a forum for the exchange of information, insights and knowledge
    based on both theoretical development and practical experience. The primary
    aim of Corporate Governance is to facilitate knowledge and discussion for
    contribution to better corporate governance theory and more effective boards
    and directors in practice.

    Featuring...
    * A unique combination of fully refereed articles and a truly global
    perspective
    * A balance of research-based and theory papers; both
    practice-orientated professional papers and rigorously researched case
    studies are included
    * A cross-cultural comparative approach which is global rather than
    jurisdiction-dependent
    * Innovative contributions to the still-evolving debate about the
    theortical underpinnnings of corporate governance

    Recent highlights of Corporate Governance are listed at the end of this
    message. If you would like a sample copy of Corporate Governance, please
