    Hello,

    I'd like some guidance (e.g., key articles and books) related to the
    following questions:

    What skills do students need in order to conduct effective business
    research through the use of printed media vs. the internet? For the printed
    media and internet, do such skills differ? Furthermore, how would these
    skills supplement and complement each other? Finally how would educators
    help students develop such skills?

    Personally, I am hard pressed to see a difference.
