    We are a growing consulting firm in the LI/NYC metro area looking for a few
    good men or women to work with us as Junior Consultants in providing strategic
    planning and change acceleration support services to systems pursuing
    measurable and sustainable performance improvement. Ideal candidates will have
    some experience on the platform, have a strong HR background and solid working
    knowledge of OD, and/or some experience in and knowledge of how school systems
    work. Potential for full time commitment and employment. MUST BE A LI/NYC
    METRO AREA RESIDENT.

    If you have all, or less than all of the qualifications but are a quick study,
    we should talk! Interested or know of someone who might be??? Please reply

    Education and Certifications:  M.S. Human Resources, OD certificate; New School
                                                 SPHR
    Current Status:  Early retirement from IBM; currently teach management, HR and I/S courses at Columbia Univ, Pace Univ, New School HR graduate program and Mercy College. (1996 to present)

        Director, HR medium-sized service company
        Pgm Director, HR, IBM

    Platform skills:  Developed throughout my entire professional career.  Currently in use in current teaching assignments.

    Hi

    apologies for having lurked for so long - been following the discussions with
    interest though.

    Surfacing now to request some help - we are building our team and are looking
    for a couple of strong strategic change consultants - who can help clients
    design and facilitate participative change programmes. They must have a
    really good feel for the challenges presented by the new economy and be
    comfortable working in a challenging and fast changing business. All
    candidates must be UK based or already have a UK work permit.

    Our business has four key areas of activities and there are great
    opportunities to work across them:

    - consultancy on strategy and change management - particularly focussed on
    the challenges of the new economy
    - new media development
    - incubation of ideas for clients and entrepreneurs
    - new venture investment

    All staff will be expected to spend ten days a year working on charitable /
    voluntary causes of their choice.

    We are looking to grow a business we can all be proud of - hence those with a
    desire to be 'casino rich' in weeks need not bother applying.
