already, I would like to suggest some titles that have proven invaluable
as I consider the issue of change for my clients:
Gareth Morgan -- "Images of Organization"
Will McWhinney -- "Paths of Change"
Lee Bolman & Terrence Deal -- "Reframing Organizations"
One challenge these texts present to us is to lay out how we conceive of
change: our assumptions, presuppositions, images and frames ..... as a
first step in talking about organizational change.
