I am professor at Université du Quebec à Trois-Rivières in Quebec. We offer
a Master Degree in SME's Management. In this programm, I have been teaching
creativity and innovation and in this course, I experiment a lot of new
methods and approaches. I would be interested to share ideas, comments and
learning activities with other professors teaching on this exciting
subject. Anyone interested can contact me directly at

Camille, a colleague here at MIT, Francine Crystal likes to use Roger von
Oech's Creative Whack Pack cards, which goes with the book "A Whack on the
Side of the Head." You can use it for team building to get people to see
their "creative competencies" (although we don't say that) as a group, and
where they are lacking and need to compensate. I also like Serious
Creativity by Edward de Bono. He talks about Lateral Thinking and the The
Six Thinking Hats which can be useful in helping people contribute together
from different perspectives all of which may be useful to the discussion.
I hope this is helpful to you. Let me know if we can offer any more assistance.
    All the best,
    Chris
