To end your subscription to Mg-Ed-Dv send to:
    LISTSERV@MAELSTROM.STJOHNS.EDU
    the message:
    UNSUBSCRIBE MG-ED-DV

To receive the digest form (a daily compilation of messages rather than
    individual ones) send to:
    LISTSERV@MAELSTROM.STJOHNS.EDU
    the message:
    SET MG-ED-DV DIGEST

If you are receiving the digest form now and are unhappy with it you may
return to the individual messages by sending to
    LISTSERV@MAELSTROM.STJOHNS.EDU the message
    SET MG-ED-DV NODIGEST

To send a message to all the participants in the Management Education and
Development Discussion Group (mg-ed-dv) you address it to:
    MG-ED-DV@MAELSTROM.STJOHNS.EDU

To temporarily suspend the receipt of the list you can send to
    LISTSERV@MAELSTROM.STJOHNS.EDU the command:
    SET MG-ED-DV NOMAIL
and then when you wish it continued send to the same address:
    SET MG-ED-DV MAIL

Of course, you can always contact me personally to help out:

One further suggestion, that may help us all in the future.

Charlie just sent us all a message with list commands. That tells us how
to do the various items we need to do to change how we get messages,
    suspend our membership, unsubscribe, etc.

The problem is: when we wish to do something, we do not have it to refer
to. What I do is: whenever I subscribe AND when I get any message like
the one Charlie just sent, I save them in a file (folder) I call
"Listinfo" That way I can refer to such messages without annoying
    everyone else.

Those who don't do this already may wish to consider doing so (or to
printing out the messages and keeping them in a physical file folder).
