    The list is a multipage document. Because I am two years behind in
    creating a web page (no proposals, please) I can't even offer that
    convenience. But if you like, I will send it directly as an email
    attachment. Pls respond directly to <jring@amug.org> so that the Discuss
    List is not bothered further with this.
