We have received a number of requests to extend the deadline for submissions of proposals for the International Organisational Behaviour Teaching Conference in Milan 14 - 17 July 1999. To be fair to all concerned the deadline for proposals has been extended until 15January 1999. Any proposals received after that will be reviewed only on a "space available" basis until January 30 (when the program committee will meet to construct the conference schedule.)
If you are still interested in submitting a proposal or if you abandonded one for lack of time, please submit it The response thus far is excellent with approximately 75 submissions which will give us an exciting program.
The organizers request that whenever possible, proposals be sent via the proposal template on the IOBTC Website:

If you do not have access to the web, contact us at:

Based on the many fine proposals already received, the first European IOBTC Is shaping up to be an exciting and invigorating experience! Even if you do not submit a proposal we hope that you can make Milan part of your summer (northern hemisphere) or winter (southern hemisphere) plans.
With best wishes for 1999,
Bryan Mundell and Gabriella Bagnato, Co-hosts
Laura Alessandri, Conference Administrator
