    The Academy of Management web server at Pace has been choking under the
    stress of heavy submissions and has been temporarily taken off-line for
    some modifications. The web server is scheduled to be back in operation at
    noon today, Wednesday, January 6. Because of the problems, Andy Van De
    Ven, Academy Program Chair, has extended the electronic submission deadline
    to 7:00 pm EST on Monday, Jan. 11, and deliveries of all hard copy
    submissions to division program chairs by Tuesday, Jan. 12.
