In late Fall, 1998, we set up a new discussion list on performance
management and appraisal, figuring we would get a few "fanatics"
interested in the subject. To my surprise we have hit the 400+
subscriber mark and the discussions have been excellent.
One element that is lacking is people who are actively involved in
management education who can discuss how performance management and
appraisal issues are being taught.
So, I'm extending the invitation to join the list. It's moderated
(for now to keep some semblance of focus).

As an aside, we have made our white paper - Why Performance

inform our list members on availability.
