Dear List Members, I'm looking for information about studies on
"Justice in the Workplace". We're especially interested in
cross-cultural differences towards procedural justice in educational
    settings.
    Thanking you for advance
    Kindest regards

    Dr. Giritli,

Some colleagues and I recently conducted a study linking the social
determinants of justice to performance using 360-degree feedback data.
    I'm
also working on a dissertation where I'm comparing emotional
    intelligence to
organizational justice to see which behaviors are better predictors of
performance in leaders in organizations. In addition, I've developed a
360-degree feedback tool that looks at both organizational justice and
emotional intelligence as two components of a larger tool that measures
    some
of the "newer" predictors of performance in conjunction with some of the

more traditional definitions of effective leadership behavior. If
    anyone is
interested there is more information on our website or I would be happy
    to
    correspond about any of this.
