Howdy All,
I was impressed with the definitions of strategy and tactics, objectives and
goals. However, I do think the real 'acid test' of usefulness is found in
if the whole group can agree on the definitions. The utility of these terms
will be realized when all or most of the people operators and senior
managers agree on what is expected as an outcome or are clear about the
direction we are heading. If we confuse the terms it is a problem, but if
we all have a common language (even if Webster would not agree) we will win
the campaign.
