Malpractice insurance is an interesting "liability" issue, because if you DON'T
NEED it, then you are not responsible for enough change to do any damage. If
one claims that Mgmt/OD consultants really cause change, then the malpractice
insurance ought to be the capitalization of the firm. Anyone care to comment?
As for me, I simply teach MBAs to effect the change, and they do the dirty
work. Heaven forbid that teachers might be sued for causing any real damage (or
change?)! --
