Thanks for the MIntzberg piece.
Seems to me you get what you pay for.
Mastering the Administration of a business is not the same as mastering
the Management of a business is not the same as being a good employee
let alone a good co-leader.
Besides, when Results don't count and promotions are made by "tree house
rules" then the capabilities required to get elected to a position are
not the ones required to be successful in that role.
