    Fellow MG-ED-DV List members,

    I have just joined your list at the suggestion of the list moderator,
    Charlie Wankel (through his note on the HRNET listserv). I look forward to
    some lively and intelligent discussions in the time to come.

    For those that care to know, here is a little about "Eric R. Wilson"

    * MBA from the University of Oregon

    * BS in Psychology from Southwest Missouri State University (Psychology
    with minor in Personnel) also attended Drury College

    * Authored two articles at the request of the American Management
    Association. One was published in HR Focus magazine in November of 1996,
    the second article appeared in the April 1998 issue.

    * Created a one-day training program entitled, "Gateway to the Internet for
    the Non-Technical HR Professional" that has received excellent reviews.

    * Presented at the Society for Human Resource Management's National
    Conference, the Western regional College & University Personnel Association
    conference, the Northwest Public Power Association, the Washington Public
    Employer's Labor Relations Association annual conference, among others.

    * Created and maintain an Internet web site that has been referenced in
    college textbooks, professional journals, and other Internet sites, selected
    as one of the top 10 HR-related places on the Internet by the Society for
    Human Resource Management.

    * Currently President of HR Integrated Solutions, Inc.

    * Primary focus is assisting client companies in the development of
    effective Human Resource Management strategies and systems

    * Specialized area of skill and interest relates to HR Technology

    Other information available upon request however I suspect that this brief
    list is MORE than sufficient for most (I apologize if it is too lengthy for
    some...)
