I should have added that if you need to create an extranet account be sure
to use nansam as the class code. Also be sure to wait 24 hours from the time
the account is created till the time you first use it. It works better if
you use Netscape Communicator as your browser. Also be sure to write down
the extranet account and password exactly as it is given to you--all lower
case, no spaces, etc.
