I'm presenting a paper at the next World Congress on Intellectual Capital at
McMaster University in Hamilton, Ont. Canada in Jan 2002 on:
Aligning KM with Business Development:
Strategies, Tactics, Methods, and Tools.
I'm looking for cases where companies have proactively tried to design this
alignment using Viable System Modeling or other methodologies...I'm looking
for both successful and less then successful attempts and what went wrong.
