Victor,
Except for economist and sociologist we can help you with the competencies
you need. Other than the enginees (who use their competencies for
membership of the Institute of Engineers as opposed to recognition of
exceptional workplace practices), all of the competencies are very good
basics for the development of workplace specific performance standards and
the development of curriculum. We can send you examples if you wish.
