Although I don't know if this movie is in general release yet or not, if you are looking for a different film to start off a discussion on organizations from so many different levels, the comical satire "Office Space" takes a scathing glance at a software company, a restaurant, management, and consulting. I think it can provide plenty of discussion fodder. Make no mistake this is an 'R' rated movie that can offend on many different levels, including musical. Still, it will be worth your time to go see it with co-workers and maybe recognize a few dysfunctions on your own.
