Education is a new world for me (I am a new lecturer on Industrial
Engineering & Management Dept on Sekolah Tinggi Teknik Surabaya
Indonesia). As an "ex-management practician", I got many "dangereous"
questions from my students about "Cultural Approach & Degree of
Informality on Indonesian Management Style", like social jealousy,
cultural domination,etc.
Can anybody in this group give me an opinion, information, or experiences
sharing about "modern management concepts implementation" on informality
or cultural approaches.
