We each need to be vigilant when sending a post to be distributed to ensure
our posts are well received.
From time to time a post will produce a chain reaction of responses....
which acerbate the original post. It is sufficient for one member to
replay, reminding all of the appropriate net-etiquette within the list just
in case anyone has forgotten or simply never knew better. Of course an
alternate response would be to direct a response to the original
transgressor (who may be unaware of the impact of their actions). This will
provide a learning experience, by educating through what is said and
actually exemplifying what it feels to get lots of responses one does not
want. Certainly receiving multiple posts stating basically the same thing
adds little value and some additional inconveniences.
I do hope that this will be the end of the chain reaction, though I have my
doubts. :-) for just imagine, this becomes the response to the response of
the response of the post. If you feel the need to comment further do
consider that it will add one more response.
Sometimes one just needs to let it fade away by refocusing on what is
desired...
Cordially,
Esteban Treviño
